The website collects personal data exclusively through the contact form (name, company, email, phone, message). This data is used only to respond to your enquiry and is not shared with third parties or used for marketing purposes without explicit consent.

Legal basis: execution of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Data submitted through the form is retained for the time strictly necessary to handle your request, and in any case no longer than 24 months from receipt, unless required by law.

• Technical session cookies — strictly necessary for the website to function. No consent required.
• Umami Analytics — a privacy-first traffic analysis tool, self-hosted on our servers (analytics.althera.it). It does not use cookies, does not track individual users and does not send data to third parties. GDPR-compliant without the need for a cookie banner.

No profiling cookies, third-party cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.) or cross-site tracking systems are used.
